Ray Faltinsky

Ray discovered the power of nutritional supplements when he was 15 years old, and his mom was cured of a crippling case of osteoporosis through the use of nutritional supplements. From that point forward, it became his mission to help spread the power of nutrition throughout the world. Ray received his Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College and his Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School where he began to research and write his graduate thesis on the Direct Selling industry. As a result, he launched FreeLife International in 1995 and over the next 22 years helped hundreds of thousands of people achieve better health, as the company achieved over $1.2 billion in sales in 23 countries.

In late 2020, Ray launched a new paradigm in direct selling called Social Referral Marketing™ designed to combine the best aspects of social selling and direct selling, without the downside of old-style multilevel marketing. The result was the launch of Beyond Slim™ and its mission to help millions become fitter, healthier and happier in the upcoming years.

His past successes, leadership abilities, deep knowledge and understanding of the direct selling industry make him a perfect fit for the COO role at Beyond Slim. His experiences and industry relationships will help optimize the growth potential that exists with Beyond Slim. He has a track record of successful, strategic and tactical leadership of business operations, technology, customer service and global sales. Additionally, his previous experience developing a global expansion campaign that led to the successful opening of 26 international markets will be beneficial when Beyond Slim pursues international expansion.

Rachel has worked in the network marketing industry for almost 15 years. She started as a leader in the field and fell in love with helping others break their belief barriers and step into their power.  After over a decade as a top leader in the field she wanted to make a bigger impact on the industry as a whole and stepped into a corporate role. She has since worked with multiple startups helping with the development of onboarding, training and comp plan creation. Rachel was thrilled to accept the role of VP of Sales with Beyond Slim because she believes that Social Referral Marketing is the future of this industry and is time to build something that serves the 90%, not just the 10%. She believes that true success is found through unlocking the giant within and creating a space for others to do the same.
