ZipBOOM contains 150 mgs of naturally occurring caffeine from green tea comparable to a cup of coffee. It is not recommended for children, pregnant women and people sensitive to caffeine.
ZipBOOM can be taken on top of the two ZipSlim servings daily, though those sensitive to caffeine should take ZipBOOM with ZipSlim caffeine free.
ZipBOOM can be taken on an empty stomach, however, if you are normally sensitive to vitamins we recommend you take it with food.
ZipBOOM can be combined with ZipSlim in just one drink.
This varies from person to person, depending on their toleration of caffeine. A scoop of ZipBOOM contains 150 mgs. of caffeine from green tea. People with high caffeine tolerance can take more than one serving a day.

This varies from person to person, depending on their toleration of caffeine. Keep in mind that a Venti Blonde Roast from Starbucks contains 475 mg of caffeine! The amount of caffeine in 1 ZipSlim Charged is 100 mgs and ZipBoom 150 mgs, so 250 mgs total. Much less than the Blonde Roast.
ZipBoom contains 33 nutrients including many vitamins and minerals at 50% of the Daily Value established by the FDA. So ZipBoom can be considered a multivitamin, especially if you are taking 2 per day.
