My name is Sheila, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

I have tried every diet that has ever been mentioned or thought of, written or talked about. I think it started in High School; I was always the healthiest one on the cheerleading squad. It started then and has never stopped – I’ve been on the Grapefruit Diet, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Beverly Hills diet, and of course the KETO Diet.
