My name is Heather, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

I was feeling thick, heavy, bloated, and just unhappy with myself. I tried watching what I ate, tried drinking different supplements, and never had the energy to get my body moving. Nothing was working and I had pretty much given up and accepted this was how I was going to look and feel.

Then, my friend Becky shared her story which gave me a little glimmer of hope, and I figured I would give it a whirl. I really didn’t have much to lose at that point.

I didn’t share much with family and friends at first because I wanted to make sure I could succeed… and BOY did I succeed!!
