From Frustrated to Fit

My name is Hanna, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

My name is Hanna, and this is my “Before to Beyond” story.

I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I was always the “chubby” kid. I remember when I was as young as 7 or 8, I was being made fun of for my weight and size. I grew up in a very poor family. We were always taught never to waste food. We couldn’t leave the table until our whole meal was finished, whether we were already full or not. While I understand the reasoning behind it, it led to very unhealthy habits in my teens and adult years. When I was 8, I had something very traumatic happen and the way I coped to make myself feel better was food, especially junk food. Going into my early 20s I struggled A LOT with extreme depression and anxiety. I gave birth to my son in 2016 and just kept gaining weight. I have tried every diet under the sun. Most of them worked…for a while. But then I would get mad because I wasn’t losing ‘quick enough’ or I would binge eat and never go back on the diet. Fast forward to July 2024. I saw a Facebook post from my sweet friend Michelle about a new product that her company was releasing. It was supposed to aid in weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.

My friend Michelle posted about a new product called ZipBURN that her company was releasing. I messaged her and asked for more information, and I was sold. I started taking ZipBURN and immediately noticed a difference. My cravings were less, I had more energy, and I got fuller much faster. So I started going to the gym and eating healthier. Then I started doing the Reboot 66 program. Since July I have lost just about 50 pounds and a total of 38 inches off of my body. I’m seeing muscle in places I’ve never seen before. I’m sleeping better, I have more energy. I’m able to play soccer with my son. My friends and family have noticed and it’s inspired several of them to start getting healthy. One thing I would say to someone who was my ‘before’ would be just do it! Jump in and start today. Don’t let your now become your forever.
