From Stuck to Strong: How I Lost 49 Pounds and Gained a Life I Love

My name is Kiley, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

My name is Kiley, and this is my “Before to Beyond” story.

After turning 40, I felt like life hit me hard. I struggled with weight, mood swings, low energy, and constant aches and pains. I tried everything—working out, drinking protein shakes, cutting carbs, tracking calories, even starving myself. I stuck with other products for over a year, hoping something would finally work. I had my hormones, thyroid, and blood work checked, only to be told I was “fine” and just needed to exercise more and eat better. It was frustrating, exhausting, and defeating.

Then one day, I saw a girl talking about a “skinny lemonade.” I was skeptical but desperate, so I decided to give it a shot. That decision completely changed my life.

When I started using Beyond Slim products and incorporated the 9 Reboot Rituals, I finally saw the breakthrough I had been waiting for. The Reboot 66 program helped me build simple, sustainable habits that didn’t feel overwhelming, and the community support was a game-changer. What I love most about ZipSlim® is how it curbs my cravings, keeps my energy steady, and helps me feel in control. My body started to work with me instead of against me.

Since starting, I’ve lost 49 pounds and feel the best I’ve ever felt! My sleep is amazing, my mood has improved, and I now have the energy to chase my grandson around every single day—and keep up with him! My aches and pains have eased, and I’m no longer dragging through my days.

The changes haven’t gone unnoticed. My friends and family constantly tell me how happy, confident, and energized I look. They’ve seen how much this has transformed my life, and their support keeps me going.

To anyone who feels stuck like I did—like you’ve tried everything and nothing works—don’t give up. I’ve been there, and I know how it feels. But making this one change helped me go Beyond what I thought was possible. You can feel amazing in your own skin again. Take the leap—you’re worth it.
