My name is Sherry. I am 53 years old and made several big changes this year. First was the decision to quit my job of 11+ years after I had spent the last 6 months of the job having anxiety attacks. I do have depression, anxiety, and migraines to be completely transparent. I am also at my heaviest weight. I have been researching vitamins and supplements that are good for brain health hormones and gut health which all work together, in hopes of getting ME back.
