My name is Heather, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

Hey! My name is Heather, I am 36 years young, and before I started my journey I was weighing in at 167 pounds. I was diagnosed with peri-menopause after getting my hormones tested and finding out they were out of whack. I had no energy, I was anxiety and depression ridden. I was having debilitating migraines, as well as all the other peri-menopause symptoms—hot flashes, extreme mood swings, irritability, sweating, and weight gain. I was miserable, gave up on riding my indoor cycling and eating right because even when I did work out and eat right, I wasn’t losing weight. I had no idea why, but I knew I was exhausted, overworked, and just going through the motions of the days as they passed.

In walked an angel, whose story I saw on Facebook. She is a truly beautiful soul. I saw she was also a single momma who was super busy, but she had found something that helped her lose weight. I was skeptical at first because I had tried many weight loss products, none of which did what they said they would or left me jittery with no help with weight loss.
