My name is Charlotte Land and this is my Learning to Love Story.

I struggle with posting pictures or even taking pictures, but yet I’ve always taught my girls to love themselves. So when did I stop loving myself? Hmm maybe it was taking the fall down my basement stairs that jarred my brain lol but I realized I can’t show up for others unless I show up for myself first…

So I’m starting a journey to find my love for myself again. I want to feel better inside and out. Thank you Randi Bosin for showing me it’s good to be yourself and its ok to be scared. ❤️ I’m jumping in and if anyone else is ready to improve your health, feel better, sleep better, boost your metabolism and do it without a 💉 then let’s talk.
