I knew I wasn’t healthy, but the pictures make me realize how unhealthy i really was!! 🤣
I have NEVER stuck with anything that involved health or fitness. I always tried the “fast fix.”
Today marks 66 DAYS! 66 days of working out and eating right!
I have learned so much including discipline, strength and grace! They say that’s how many days It takes to make and keep a habit. Well, here I am and I have ZERO desire to go back!
I have been doing my drink and fitness for 5 months now (technically 4… I took December off! 🤣🤣) and never really started the exercise until 66 days ago 🤦‍♀️ but I have lost over 15 inches on my body and 31 pounds!!!
I feel amazing! Consistency is everything! This is my second Metabolic Reboot and by far, I have taken this one to a whole new level physically and mentally!
My girls and husband have been cheering me on and I feel it can only get better from here!! If you have the mindset and the determination you can accomplish ANYTHING!!!
