My name is Cathy, and this is my Before to Beyond Story! I am about 6 months into my journey to get healthier. When I started this journey, I couldn’t walk for any amount of distance without something to hold onto. I was tired all the time. My eating habits were in the gutter.

I basically went from bed at home to my desk at work. My job had been moved to my home like many other people, on March 2 1/2 years ago due to the pandemic. Once I finished work, I would move to the couch and watch TV and crochet pretty much until bedtime. I was not moving for any significant amount of time. I looked and felt horrible.

Since being introduced to Zipslim by a friend, I feel so much better than I did 6 months ago. As each month passes, I feel myself getting stronger and stronger! When I started this journey, I couldn’t walk for any amount of distance without something to hold onto. In the last 3 months, I have lost a total of 12.5 inches and 8 pounds.

I realize the weight that I lost could have been more, but those 12.5 inches were not only some fat loss, but it was fat turned into muscle! I was able to go to the pool this summer and not feel like I needed to hide. I could walk again. Just last night, I was able to go to a Fall Festival, and I walked around for about 4 hours, and I didn’t need to stop and sit down (until the end of the night after we got lost in a corn maze). I even hike to the top of this hill and go down the slide, something that I would never have done 6 months ago. I found myself having fun!

My kids are excited for me. I am a single parent, and so they want me to be healthy. I already faced and beat cancer, and if I can do that, I can do this and get healthy. If you are considering starting with Zipslim, all I can say is DO IT! You will not regret it. It saved me from myself.
