My name is Christina, and this is my Before to Beyond story: Mine is rather brief, but I had positive results, so here we go! Along with starting to use Zipslim, I changed my diet to include more vegetables and less sugar and fat. When it comes to NOT exercising, I’m a champ, but getting off my bum and walking a bit every day definitely helped.
