My name is Kristin, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

I’m a mom of 4 and my family has always been my number 1 but over the years I started noticing I won’t wear the swimsuit and I’m always tired. Too tired to be the mother, I’m used to being very unhappy with myself, in general.
