My name is Jessica Tatum. Before I was tired, slept poorly, and had cravings that just snuck up on me during the day. Exercise was a chore but I did it, just not at full capacity of effort.
I now have energy without the afternoon lull or cravings. I sleep through the night. My mood is better which helps in interacting with my family. I can now give 8-10 effort in every workout. I’ve lost 40 pounds and over 28 inches overall.
