My name is Carol, and this is a continuation of my Before to Beyond Story…

I started this last Reboot 66 challenge feeling really great and then the reality of life challenges set in: family gatherings, birthdays, funerals and daily work stress. The following is what I have experienced and value at this point of my continuing journey with ZipSlim.

I have been enjoying ZipSlim since January of 2022 and have gained many benefits. One benefit which I sustained is the boost in my immunity. I have not caught a cold since I started taking Zipslim! This is a game changer as I have suffered from catching a cold, many times within a calendar year since I was a young child. Any time the weather changed, and any time I was near another person who had a cold, I would catch it. As a teacher in my twenties and thirties, I would also catch every “bug” going around. Even in my current full-time job, I would catch a cold during December and then again during the week before Easter. The hardest part about catching a cold, for me, has been the duration of the cold for at least two weeks. I am a singer, making it difficult, if not impossible, to sing during those times.

Two additional benefits continue to help me: 1. The ability to focus clearly while under a large amount of stress, and 2. A decrease in appetite. I have been able to maintain my weight loss since January within a few pounds. I can still notice a difference in my face. Now that ZipSlim is continuing to feed my body the nutrients to “right-size” me into the fittest, healthiest, and happiest I can be, I know that the next 66 days will be another exciting time for me in preparation for the upcoming holidays!
