If you want to get moving towards your health goals, you better be ready to move your body. Physical activity is your fountain of youth, and science shows that as little as 30 minutes a day can make a dramatic impact.
Humans are not built like panda bears or sloths for a reason – we are designed for movement, and at least 30 minutes a day is a great start. Of course, you can certainly do more when you want to take that longer bike ride or big hike, go for it!
