My name is Katie Lyons and this is my “Before to Beyond” Story. I am a 30-year-old momma of 2 boys, who was tired ALL THE TIME. I never felt rested, always felt weighed down and exhausted no matter what I did. I was very discouraged and just felt like my body was betraying me daily. I had a hysterectomy on 12/14/23 and I decided that enough was enough. I was ready for a change. That’s when I decided to take a leap of faith and start something that could change the way I’ve been feeling for good!
