My name is Mary, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

Hi, my name is Mary, and this year was rough. My journey started when I thought I was having a heart attack earlier this year, thankfully it was a gallbladder attack and had to be removed. After months of testing, I found out I had osteoporosis moderate in my neck, and mild in my lower back. Knowing that I was overweight and had high cholesterol, I knew if I wanted to be around to see my grandchildren grow up and also be there for my adult kids, I needed to make a drastic change. So I had already started to eliminate foods and things from my diet.

I kept seeing a video by Heather Markel on ZipSlim and thought, well I am probably wasting my money because I have literally tried almost everything out there, and nothing worked! So July 21, 2023, I started my journey.

Since then, I lost 35 pounds and 8 pants sizes, and this literally saved my life. I’m also a lot more confident with myself and not scared to take photos anymore.

I love the fact that it curbs my appetite and that I have more energy to do the things I love like mountain hiking. My family and friends can’t believe the difference in me since I have started ZipSlim and are amazed at my results.

I was very self-conscious and didn’t want my picture taken and now I’m like hold my ZipSlim I want in that photo!
