Finding a Healthy Me

My name is Pam, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

I was diagnosed with AFIB (atrial fibrillation) several years ago. I have not felt good in a long time. I will be 57 this year and I just want to live a full, healthy, happy life without regrets.

I started another plan with packaged foods on January 30, 2023. I had lost 20 pounds but plateaued after a while.

I started ZipSlim this week and have moved the scale another 1.2 pounds and am sleeping better and have more energy.
