My name is Vanessa, and this is my “Before to Beyond” Story. Before starting my journey here, I was exhausted, had no energy, and was constantly feeling like my knees and back were going to rupture. I had gotten to a point where I couldn’t even sit on the floor with my kids. I was constantly telling them, “No, Mommy can’t right now.” Nothing I tried worked.
