My name is Jessica and this is my before story.

I was exhausted everyday. I had no interest in the thing I enjoyed doing. I started feeling hopeless and completely defeated. I wasn’t the best version of myself. I knew I could be but I didn’t know how. Zero energy, zero focus, and running on coffee and energy drink crashes just to get one thing accomplished. I was at my lowest and pretty much gave up.

It’s so crazy because the day I really hit the lowest I went on Facebook and a very good friend of mine posted about this new beverage she found.
