My name is Tabitha, and this is my Before to Beyond Story…

My name is Tabitha and this is my “Before to Beyond” story…I was tired all the time, no energy! I craved sugar like no other. I have been going through menopause and have a tube around my waist that I can’t get off! I’ve tried so many different weight loss items/programs. I didn’t think I would ever lose weight. I also have a hard time exercising because of a neck surgery 10 years ago. It is a struggle of chronic pain! My doctor said you have to be happy where you are at and that is hard to do. I didn’t and couldn’t enjoy a lot of things I used to do because of pain and weight gain. I didn’t like the new me. I needed a change. I have been trying just one day at a time with food and movement. I don’t call it exercise. How much did I move today? That change I hope will help my mindset and slowly things will change. I thought I would give Beyond Slim a shot and this is the last gimmick I will try!

Only a week in and I already have more energy and lost a couple of pounds! I don’t have the cravings I had before! So excited!! It is very encouraging to see this success in such a short time. My husband thinks I have more energy too. I can’t wait to see what results I will have in the future!! 😃 Thank you!
