My Life as a Yoyo Dieter - and How I Created a Plan That Finally Worked For Me

My name is Denise Dutra Maloney. I am a mom of five. We have a blended family of all young adults in their late 20s. We also have three French Bulldogs! I live in Northern California, near the Golden Gate Bridge. I work full time in construction.

I am also a Yoyo dieter. I have tried everything to lose weight. In my 40s and 30s I struggled to find the right balance. Now that I am in my 50s, I have learned what works best for my body. I am in full menopause. Everything just seems to stick in my middle section. I have started and stopped diets so many times because the results would not come fast enough for me. Plus, I am a stress eater and chocolate is my comfort food.

Well, in January I found ZipSlim. I figured what the heck, I will give it a shot. I was in one of my… “I am feeling fat stages.” Not fun when your husband is looking fit, as always, in his jeans and I couldn’t fit into my own jeans. You see, for the past two years I have been working from home living in yoga pants. I couldn’t wear my jeans if I wanted to without a muffin top rolling over the top of my waistband. I started following the 9 Reboot Rituals and in 6 weeks, I was down to 14 pounds. I am losing weight, and it feels good. The other day I could put my jeans on without laying down on the bed.

I feel happy and not stressed! I am just now feeling like working out and playing golf. Between us girls, I love playing golf, but I kind of stopped playing because I didn’t like how I looked in my golf clothes. I know that sounds silly, but so true. My husband is happy we are back to playing golf together. I am back into some of my size 12 clothes and it feels great! Still working my way back to a size 10. So yes, I am obsessed with this product!
